AUTHOR PROGRAM

Files on AudioJungle are made by users who have joined our authoring program. The author program lets anyone with the skills necessary to make high quality files, sell their work and profit through the site.

There are two levels of authoring on the site, to become a basic author you simply need to take the Authoring Tutorial and complete a short quiz. You can then upload your files for approval to the site.

Once you have sold $500 worth of files on the site, you will become eligible to join our exclusivity program whereby any files you sell on AudioJungle will not be available anywhere else. In return you will receive a larger share of the file sales.

Because all Envato Marketplaces (FlashDen, AudioJungle and ThemeForest) are connected, your author account will work across the sites, and you will be able to sell files on any of the sites. Similarly files sold on any site contribute to your total earnings when it comes to calculating rates and exclusivity options.

When your files sell you can get paid in one of three ways.

• For earnings of less than $50, you can spend your cash on any of the Envato Marketplaces. If your balance is still below $50 after 12 months, you can withdraw the balance to a Paypal account.
• For earnings of more than $50, you can request a payout to a Paypal or Moneybookers account at any time.
• For earnings of more than $500, you can request a payout by bank cheque or wire transfer. Note that bank international cheque fees can be large.
