I have some questions regarding the use of this music for online advertisements.

I am a Motion Designer professional from Brazil and would like to use this music in a video for a client. The distribution will initially be only through online commercials (paid traffic in ads on Instagram and YouTube). The client will also post the video on their Instagram feed and website. The client is a newly founded company here in Brazil, so it is not a large corporation. On the other hand, I noticed that the track is PRO (United States BMI), so I’m not sure if we can use it without concerns or limitations on plays in online ads.

Do we need to obtain additional performance rights?

Is the Envato commercial license sufficient, or do we need a PRO license?

Will we be charged for the plays? Will we need to pay fees?

Does the simple Envato commercial license allow us to use it for online ads?

If the client later decides to use this video on television, will they need to pay fees for TV distribution in the future?
