Buggy template (issues with video landing, and even the documentation had broken hyperlinks in menu), and not the best service either. I give the author credit that they did attempt to help me, but it took repeated reminders and even screencasts that I had to share.
I've given up on this template and am using Keysoft.

Thanks for your opinion. Normally HTML5 video isn't supported in many browsers. Most of mobile devices is not working too. Different types of video formats make confused user. We will be removed this demo in next update.
You can use YouTube video background for hero section.
If you don't really need the theme, you can ask for refund.
Now we're working on update, adding typography options in every VC elements, also added new elements. Updated version will be available within Sunday.
