They're all reviews from non-authentic accounts. These accounts have posted misleading feedback, which unfortunately affects both us and our real customers.

Regarding this specific review, there have been no support tickets or emails submitted under their account prior to this review. I confirm we have not communicated with them before this review, therefore I never made any accusations.

Their claim is baseless.
