for Feature Availability

I have downloaded the KiviCare app and I have to say the support has been good so far. I hit a few issues and was able to get support to react promptly, and it is for this reason that I am giving 3 stars.
the downside for me is that I have identified few issues (which were resolved quickly by support) that should not be there for an initial release.
Some of the basic modern functionalities, like user registration and OTP logging, are missing. This is a must these days if you want to host this app for a customer. it is good that they have a paid service for enhancing the solution, but the cost can rack up quickly if you are not careful.

Overall, a very well-designed app, with many features out of the box. so it is a good starting point but be prepared to send more time customising it to your business needs.

We would like to clarify that the OTP login functionality is not currently implemented in our product, but it is part of our future roadmap for updates. However, we want to emphasize that this is not a bug in our product. We have prioritized features based on customer requirements and are implementing them in a planned sequence.

Regarding the OTP login feature, we offered customization services to help meet your specific business requirements asap, allowing you to integrate this feature in your current version quickly. We simply suggested it, and we did not intend to pressure you into adopting it. Our product team is focusing on high-priority tasks, but our customization team is always available to assist you in implementing features quickly.
