for Customer Support

This is for sure one of the worst support on codecanyon I have yet seen.
even after purchasing bundle pack there is no access to code. have been following up from past three days and no response.
the documentation is incomplete or missing.
any new buyer if ur going to be dependant on support think twice before purchasing
