As this is a multipurpose template, so user should be able to add any section / element from any demo to their desired demo and hence we need to keep general CSS and JS files in all demos to support that. But if you use SCSS provided in the template instead of simple CSS then you can remove not required CSS files. There we have provided separate CSS files for each element and hence you can keep CSS files as per your usage of the elements and remove others. You can also remove not required JS files. I hope this will be helpful.
